  • Our cleaners are handpicked, vetted and continuously trained to meet the highest standard.
  • Based on the time and date of your request, we work to assign the best cleaner available.
  • You will receive an email with details about your cleaner prior to your appointment.

You can reschedule any booking for free at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you need to skip a booking within  your Cleaning Plan, we’ll credit the value of the booking to your account. You can use this credit on future cleanings.

We charge you each month for your Cleaning Plan. You can  cancel your Cleaning Plan anytime before your new Cleaning Plan period starts.
